Mary Kay's Journey of Self-Transformation
Lost 100+ Pounds and Competed as a Figure Body Builder & Strong Woman Competitor
Mary Kay is a self-transformation success story. In 19 months, MK lost over one hundred pounds and competed as a figure body builder. She continued competing and then became a judge as her journey turned full circle. After attending a strong woman competition and trying her hand at pulling a truck from a seated position, she trained and competed. She took second place and qualified for Nationals. MK's journey ended after she began her recovery from two car accidents. Today, sharing a healthy lifestyle of balance, mentally, physically and spiritually is her passion.
Master Reiki Teacher / Healer
MK began her journey with Reiki (life force energy healing) in 2020. She received her level 1 and 2 attunements and certifications. Several years went by and her life shattered as she knew it. Working on lifting herself out of depression and despair she went back in March of 2024, after feeling called to finish her master class. After this attunement, something changed. MK began to see visible shakes when energy traveled through her that she wasn't able to handle. She finished her Master Teacher certification and started to understand she had clairvoyant gifts.
Seer, Medium & Alchemist
Mary Kay was led to Pat Longo, the famous spiritual healer and teacher who helped discover and cultivate the gifts of many seers, mediums, clairvoyants and healers. Her book, "The Gifts Beneath Your Anxiety," helped Mary Kay understand that she was born with these gifts, though she was misdiagnosed as having a mental illness. Pat, mentored MK to develop her specific gifts so she can deliver healing messages and help others understand how to work with energy and protect themselves.
